We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, availability, and prices accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and the customer’s screen or device. Measurements may include reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Customers should review product descriptions, dimensions, quantities, and compatibility information before ordering.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is approved and Coney Island Transfer begins processing it. We may contact you if additional information is required to verify, process, or ship an order.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, incorrect pricing or product information, inventory shortages, shipping restrictions, website or payment-processing errors, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled merchandise.
Prices, Payments and Fees
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for applicable product charges, taxes, shipping charges, and any clearly disclosed payment-processing or handling fees shown during checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider selected by the customer. Coney Island Transfer does not normally receive or store complete credit- or debit-card numbers.
Promotional prices, coupon codes, and special offers may be modified or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law. Offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.
Shipping
Processing times and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping charges, free-shipping qualifications, geographic restrictions, tracking procedures, incorrect-address responsibilities, and international or noncontiguous shipping arrangements are explained on our Policies page.
When a shipping label is created, customers may receive tracking information through our shipping and fulfillment providers. Coney Island Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, emergencies, incorrect customer-provided addresses, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will assist with legitimate shipping problems according to our published policies.
Order Problems, Replacements and Refunds
All sales are final. Coney Island Transfer does not accept returns or exchanges because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the merchandise, or selected the wrong product, size, color, or quantity.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise must be reported within seven calendar days of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photographs and retain the merchandise, shipping box, label, and packing materials. Do not return merchandise without authorization from Coney Island Transfer. Digital Downloads and Intellectual Property
Digital downloads cannot be returned and are nonrefundable after access has been provided.
Unless a product listing states otherwise, digital designs purchased from Coney Island Transfer may be used for personal projects and permitted small-commercial finished products.
Digital files, designs, templates, photographs, written instructions, videos, graphics, logos, and other website content may not be shared or redistributed; resold as digital files; uploaded to file-sharing services or groups; copied and represented as someone else’s original work; used to create directly competing digital-download products; or reproduced beyond the license provided with the product.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer its copyright or ownership. Additional licensing conditions shown on a product page become part of these Terms when that product is purchased.
Preorders, Presales and Special Orders
Preorder, presale, group-buy, and special-order products may have estimated arrival dates, separate shipping arrangements, minimum quantities, or special cancellation terms. Estimated dates may change because of suppliers, manufacturers, customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Any special cancellation charge, shipping invoice, or other material condition should be disclosed with the applicable offer or on our Policies page.
