HOURS OF OPERATION

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. We are CLOSED Saturday & Sunday.

General shipping time is 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 pm will generally ship the following business day.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES require an RMA.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. 

RETURNS:

All Regular 14 Day Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. All items MUST be in the original packaging.  If your return is approved, will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  There MAY be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total amount of refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs and Legacy Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect them within 2-3 business days, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

PRODUCT DEFECTS/WRONG ITEMS:

Product Defects/Wrong Items Returns: YOU MUST INSPECT ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIVING THEM. You must contact us within 7 days after receiving your order for any items that arrive defective, broken, flawed, etc., or for any items that may have been sent incorrectly (wrong color, style, etc.). For Product Defect or Wrong items sent returns we will either issue you a replacement or refund. We will send you a prepaid shipping label.  Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect them within 2-3 business days and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting your item(s).

DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO SHIPMENT:

Damaged Items during Shipping: PLEASE do the following…..take a photo of the shipping box (We need this to file a claim if necessary & PLEASE SAVE THE BOX), take a photo of items received (Flaws/defects must be visible so we can send to the supplier),  send an email with photos and description of the issue to [email protected].  Once you follow these steps, we will make arrangements to file a claim. Once we get the approval for the claim from the shipping carrier, we will then issue a refund for the damaged items. We DO NOT refund the shipping cost for the item being sent back to us.

MISSING ITEMS:

You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your order to notify us of any items you may be missing. You MUST take a picture of your shipping box with all of your items in the box as we shipped it to you. We also need a photo of the shipping label on the box. PRE-BUY/PRE-SALE CANCELLATIONS:

Pre-Sales are calculated totals we give to our supplier based on the pre-sale orders. Any canceled pre-sale order will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee of your total order.

OUR SHIPPING POLICIES

We are responsible for your order until it reaches the shipping carrier. After that, it is out of our control. Insurance is to protect against loss or damaged during shipping.

FIRST CLASS USPS: This option DOES NOT include insurance. First Class shipping for your order and your order is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to file the claim with the shipping carrier.  WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. 

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong addresses on your part or returned shipments.

LEGACY SHIPPING INVOICE CANCELLATIONS

You should pay the shipping invoice when you receive it via email. If you choose to cancel your order within 30 days of a shipping invoice emailed to you, you will receive a full refund. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount of refund if you cancel over 30 days. We do not refund for handling fees incurred on the original order.

After 120 days of non-payment of a shipping invoice, your order will be returned back to stock and no refund will be issued.
